We are moving!

Ok, it is finally official. We found a house that we love in Gilbert. So we are moving but not far. The house definitely needs some TLC (oh yea and paint and carpet and landscaping etc.) but it is a house that we will be in for a long time! It is hard to leave behind a ward, neighborhood and house that we have loved so much. These have been the happiest years of my life. BUT we are not going far and we are so excited for this next chapter in our lives. We've already met a bunch of neighbors and they all seem so nice. Jordan was at the new house for the inspection yesterday and 2 sisters that live 3 doors down came to introduce themselves and to tell us that they love to babysit. Sweet! Ok, so that's it. I'll try and post some before and after pictures because like I said the house needs some work. We may be without furniture for a couple of years but anyone is welcome to come over!

No Promises

I know that I'm terrible at updating my blog. I don't even feel like I need to apoligize for it. My life is very full and busy and blogging just isn't a priority. With that said, Jordan's parents are on a mission in Russia and I feel like this is a good way for them to see our family grow and change. So, I will try to do better at blogging BUT . . . no promises.

My friend Cherri took these cute pictures. These were taken the week that Tommy turned 6 and obviously he had just lost his first tooth (now he has lost 2 teeth).

Clara, oh Clara. What a cute stinker she is. We got some cute pictures of her by herself but she did not like sharing the spotlight. She cried when we tried to get pictures of all 3 kids.

I am in love with this girl! This is a typical Ashley smile.

It's a BOY!

For those who don't know, we are pregnant with baby #4. We just found out that it is a boy and we are all (especially Tommy) so excited! So we'll have 2 boys and 2 girls. He is due mid-January. Life is good!

Pat's run

Ok, I know. Nobody faint. I am finally posting again. A couple of weeks ago I talked Melanie into coming down for this Pat Tillman run. It is a 4.2 mile run that ends at Sun Devil Stadium. It was crazy! They said they had 20,000 runners. Running is a funny thing. I don't like to run - I sometimes even hate it while I'm running. But after I always think "Oh that wasn't so bad." or "I could do that again". It was different at the race (my first ever) because of the whole atmosphere. It's hard to describe but it was fun--- and I mean it. I actually had fun running. I think it helped that I was running with my friend Patti and my sister, Melanie. Plus we had family cheering us on. My parents were there with Mel's baby Sam and Jordan and my kids were waiting at the finish line. It was awesome! After the race they had a "kid's race" that I did with Tommy. He was super nervous about doing it (He couldn't possibly get the nerves from me. Could he? ;)) Well he ended up running the .42 miles and he did great. Plus it was a little victory for me because Tommy wanted me to do the race with him and not Jordan. Now, that may sound mean but literally that was the first time IN HIS LIFE that he chose me over Jordan.

Family Picture for Kami

Sorry this is not an exciting post. I just needed to post a family picture for my sister-in-law. The picture was to big to email and I don't know how else to do it so here it is Kami.

Family Pictures

Thank you to my friend Leah for taking some family pictures for us. I know I'm a bit biased but those kids are just too cute!
